Bev joined Remax Commonwealth in 1998 as a new agent.  She quickly gained the respect of her peers which average 14 to 15 years experience.  She decided to form her own company Realty Unlimited in March of 2006.  She is a Platinum Award receipient and a Disnquished Achiever in the Richmond Area of Realtors.  She spends alot of her time volunteering in the community.  She organized and hosted Lee Davis youth football camp for 7 years, raising over 10 thousand dollars for Lee Davis High School.  She is a receipient of the Hanover County Volunteer of the year Award.

Bev grew up in the West End, lived in Chesterfield, and now resides in Hanover County.  She is the principal broker and owner of  Realty Unlimited.  She is very familiar with the Richmond Area and Surrounding Counties.  The Tri-city area as well.  She is a member of  the CHES Bay Realtors Association and has sold many properties on the Rappahanock River. 

Bev feels as if each client is special and unique in their own way.  She has many repeat clients and is always welcoming new clients.
