In 2006, Judy Pond became a certified real estate agent.  She has lived in the tri-city area for over forty years.  She is currently working part time as a legal assistant for a law office in Chesterfield County.  

She is the recipient of The Thelma Neff Distinguished Service Award presented for Outstanding Service and Leadership to The Alliance of the Southside Virginia Dental Association and received an Outstanding Member of the Year Award presented by The Colonial Height's Junior Woman's Club presented in recognition of community service, leadership, and outstanding contributions to the organization.

For the past seven years, she has lived in Chester, VA.  She is a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.  She readily volunteers with fund raisers in teh Tri-City area for many charitable issues and events.
